Star Wars Galaxies

It's been roughly a week, I would say, that I've been on this planet. Talus is, by no means, a tourist trap. It's a rough planet. However, I did not realize exactly how rough until I was seriously injured when a pack of feline beasts attacked my encampment. I am far too used to the lands of Tatooine where almost every creature would mind their own business.

Last night was my first time out of bed in a while. Talus is not a very civilized planet and is lacking in many necessities. Furthermore, I was stuck near an abandoned village at the time so I was pulled through by some friends of mine. I'm amazed I have lived to see another day without any formal treatment. I know only two actual medics. One is stuck on Naboo for the time being and the other simply ceased to exist at some point. Not really sure what to make of that.

So last night we stayed near the village. We lured some panthers into the area and shot them at a safe location. It was some good hunting but lacking in some of the skill of actually being on the ground there with them. Still, I wasn't in the best health. In the future, perhaps, I can do some old fashioned hunting. Though maybe never on Talus.

A Clarification

This is not a personal journal of any sort. Here I intend to make journal posts to detail my various adventures while playing video games. I am going to do this because I am a huge dork and should probably be shot. Preferrably, I'd like to be shot with ice cream though. So if you could keep that in mind.

Also, each entry headline will be the name of the game the entry involves so that if I go into what sounds like a WWII flashback you won't need to wonder if it's a Medal of Honor game, Call of Duty, or whatever that I'm discussing.

The next post will probably be as Tronesav Vaestron, a ranger who lives on Tatooine. Or not. Depends!
